Though they are red like crimson,
They will be like wool.
Are we like marionettes, who only appear to be alive but are really controlled by the random convergence of time and chance? Or are we real boys and girls, who can make real choices, who really love and really create with real spirituality?
The Christian faith has substantive answers to these questions. Faith and reason, far from being enemies, are profoundly intertwined. In fact, science and theistic religion are in deep concord:
If my thesis is right, therefore—if there is deep concord between science and Christian or theistic belief, but deep conflict between science and naturalism—then there is a science/religion (or science/ quasi-religion) conflict, all right, but it isn’t between science and theistic religion: it’s between science and naturalism.

Come join us for a six week series on Reasonable Grace, where we explore the beautiful message of spiritual freedom and persistent unbreakable enduring love, from a reasoning person’s perspective. Here are some of the questions we will explore:
- Why does Christianity obsess about guilt and forgiveness?
- Are faith and science enemies?
- What about faith and politics?
- Explore these questions and more in a friendly rational way with us!
Grace means radical kindness, love coming at you when you don’t merit it. – Paul Zahl
Come join us Sundays at 10:30 AM, September 20 – October 25 for music, message, and a meal afterwards. Come reason together with us!
